Returns & Refunds policy

No Refunds:

At TechXplainator, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products to our customers. However, due to the nature of downloadable content, we have a few specific guidelines for refunds.

We do not offer refunds on any digital product purchases for two reasons:

  1. Immediate Access: Once you purchase a digital product from us, you'll receive a download link to access the product immediately. This means that you've already gained access to the content and cannot return it.

  2. Loss of Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to lose your right to withdraw from the purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Content Issues:

We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our digital products is seamless and enjoyable. If you encounter any issues with your downloaded content, please reach out to us at support@dinofin.com. We'll do our best to troubleshoot the issue and work together to find a solution.

If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we may offer to re-send the digital product in its original form. This is done on a case-by-case basis and is entirely at our discretion. In such cases, we'll notify you of the resolution and provide further instructions.
